With 15 years of experience in hospitality, she has built and scaled restaurant concepts across Australia and internationally, specialising in concept creation, brand strategy, multi-site operations and commercial partnerships.

George is an experienced hospitality operator and entrepreneur, best known for establishing Degani Bakery Café in Melbourne. With over 30 years in restaurants, bars and franchising, he brings deep industry knowledge and a strong track record in scaling hospitality brands.

Ben, Director of BCT Advisory brings more than 25 years of experience across national and international markets, developing a strong reputation for delivering strategic business growth and successful rollout initiatives. Throughout his career, he has refined his expertise in designing and executing rollout strategies that drive measurable results, operational excellence, and long-term partner success from an advisory role to HOM.

Focused on new opportunities, partnerships and site growth, Joe supports the group’s expansion strategy and helps connect Home of Hospitality with landlords, partners and future brand locations.

Leading the creative direction across Home of Hospitality’s brands, Spiros oversees visual identity, content, campaign development and brand presentation across digital and physical touchpoints.

Charlie leads Home of Hospitality's AI initiatives, developing intelligent systems, automations and digital solutions that help hospitality businesses operate more efficiently and market more effectively.

Sophie is the Operations Assistant at Home of Hospitality, supporting the day-to-day coordination of operations across the group's venues. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, she helps ensure teams, processes and projects run smoothly while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Supporting both growth and day-to-day execution, Sohail assists with business development, operational systems and the rollout of hospitality concepts across the group.
